175. Welcome to Blog 13. Before we start, I have a few updates.
176. On Blog 12, Point 172, City attorney Prell said "I did speak with Mayor Paine about your request and he thinks he may have met with Ms. Hyatt and another citizen on or about that date". The Chief of Police outlines the details of the library meeting in an email in the next blog.
177. I have spoken about getting info from the mayor’s office on several blogs and I got an email Aug 8, 2023 from the city that the info I requested is now ready. I should get it next week. When I do, I will update you on it.
178. Now on with the latest babble-fest in crazy-land.
179.Melissa starts her latest tale with a text to the Mayor at 7:09 am and mentions “firearms involved”. So, like usual, I sent the Chief an email. (see below)

Hi Chief,
On April 4, 2022, Melissa Hyatt sent an email to Mayor Paine. She said the following. "Another incident again at the Palace last night firearms involved". I have the police report of that night and it does not have any mention of firearms. Do you know anything about "firearms" that night? Am I missing something? The report number is 22SP04556.

Hi Brian – that incident was simply a fight – no mention of a firearm in any of our records.
180. Then she goes on about a letter. What letter? There was no letter. We never got a letter from anybody. So, Melissa is 2-0 in lies so far today. And why would Mayor “Lack of Curiosity” Paine not check into all of her allegations, since most of them have been wrong.
181.Then, if that’s not enough she goes on to say “What step we are at with the Palace”. WE? What the hell is up with WE? Last I looked, SHE is not part of WE. She is not an elected official.
182. And then Jim “Schwarzenegger” Paine chimes in at 7:52 am (Man, that’s what I call good service), and in is best Arnold voice says “We may have to escalate now”. Perfect.
183. And then, the charming Melissa starts babbling on about ”private information”.
What the hell is that all about? I sense that she might have put something in her coffee that morning. Either that, or “SHE” and “WE” are up to no good. I suspect it’s the latter.
184. Finally, I was struggling choosing the banner for this Chatty Cathy Blog. I liked three of them. So I will share with you, the two that didn't make it to the top. (see below). See you real soon on the next blog.
