MANIFESTO OF A MADMAN PART 13

SOUR NOTE

FACE OF EVIL
554. Welcome to Blog 67. As we get closer to the end of analyzing this letter it seems as though Mayor Paine’s blood pressure is on the rise. Either that or he has consumed large amounts of coffee or something else because he really is falling of the rails. So let’s dive in this cesspool of corruption.
“MANIFESTO OF A MADMAN.”
THE LONG LETTER

555. On the last Blog we left off with Jordan’s plan for the Palace, which by the way was mandated by Mayor Paine in order for her to get her license. I thought she did an excellent job with it. I also mentioned that we would examine the Mayor’s comments on it. I’m sure he was impressed as well. Don’t hold your breath.
So here is what he said:
“Her safety protocols are insufficient and lack either a clear understanding of how to keep a tavern safe or little intention of doing so. She describes security cameras, increased lighting, locked rear entry, a dedicated security staff of at least 3 people, and the use of metal detector wands. Most licensed establishments in Superior maintain safe environments without these protocols. It is clear to me that she expects to draw a large and potentially dangerous crowd that must be carefully managed. We should not license new establishments that require such aggressive security. To curb violence in the rear of the bar, she intends to move all outdoor activity, such as smoking, to the front of the building in view of neighboring establishments and the outdoor seating area of the nearby hotel. Her proposal does not have a plan to eliminate the regular fighting that took place outside the Palace. It merely moves the problem from the alley to Tower Ave.”
556.
COMMENTS AND LIE # 12

Let’s break it down. He said the following:
“Her safety protocols are insufficient and lack either a clear understanding of how to keep a tavern safe or little intention of doing so. “
Really? Do you know who has no safety protocols and an insufficient and lack of either a clear understanding of how to keep a city safe. You Mayor Paine. And I will prove it in a “Safety Report” on an upcoming Blog soon. If she had employed the Nation Guard To secure the Palace that still wouldn't have satisfied you. You had one and only one goal and that was to close us down to satisfy none other than the “Notorious” Melissa Hyatt. If you actually read Jordan’s plan you would see that she put a lot of thought and effort into safety.
LIE # 13

557. He then goes on to say:
“She describes security cameras, increased lighting, locked rear entry, a dedicated security staff of at least 3 people, and the use of metal detector wands. Most licensed establishments in Superior maintain safe environments without these protocols.”
COMMENTS
Guess what? I agree with Mayor. Jordan also agrees. First off, many of the busiest bars use some or all of these protocols. Did you shut them down? No you didn’t. And there is no law that requires these protocols so it’s up to all bars to figure what it is they want to do based on their needs. So that’s LIE # 14.
Then he said:
ANOTHER “MANCHILD” MOMENT

“It is clear to me that she expects to draw a large and potentially dangerous crowd that must be carefully managed”.
558.
COMMENTS
Yes she did expect to draw large crowds. Every business wants to draw large crowds.
That’s called success. That’s why they got in business in the first place, but since you have never owned a business and have about a zero understanding of anything outside of government I guess you wouldn't understand. And the Palace has been drawing large crowds since before you were born.
And then the Manchild moment:
“and potentially dangerous crowd that must be carefully managed”.
COMMENTS
Focus on the words “potentially dangerous crowd”. If you read her plan she addresses that and once again the Mayor is manipulating words to insinuate the worst outcome. And as usual no facts to support his infantile statement.
And then this word salad:
LIE # 14
“We should not license new establishments that require such aggressive security.“
COMMENTS
You already do Mayor(read previous paragraph).
Then this nonsense:
“To curb violence in the rear of the bar, she intends to move all outdoor activity, such as smoking, to the front of the building in view of neighboring establishments and the outdoor seating area of the nearby hotel. Her proposal does not have a plan to eliminate the regular fighting that took place outside the Palace. It merely moves the problem from the alley to Tower Ave.”

AND YES I’M YELLING RIGHT NOW. ALL THIS NONSENSE ABOUT SMOKING WAS MANDATED BY YOU MAYOR AND THE SUPERIOR POLICE DEPARTMENT. YOU SAID IF SHE DIDN’T SHE COULDN'T GET THE LICENSE. OH, AND BY THE WAY THESE IDEAS FROM THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH(SEE BELOW) WERE ALSO MANDATED AND WERE REQUIREMENTS TO GET HER LICENSE. AND FOR THE RECORD THEY WERE ALL DUMB IDEAS EXCEPT THE LIGHTING AND CAMERAS WHICH WERE TAKEN CARE OF.
“She describes security cameras, increased lighting, locked rear entry, a dedicated security staff of at least 3 people, and the use of metal detector wands.”
SO YOU ARE USING YOUR MANDATES AND USING THEM AGAINST HER. WHAT KIND OF AN IDIOT ARE YOU? SHE DID NOT AGREE WITH THESE STUPID IDEAS. BUT YOU INSISTED ON THEM OR NO LICENSE. WHAT WAS SHE TO DO?
WHEN YOU GO DOWN TOWER AVE. AS WELL AS OTHER STREETS YOU WILL FIND CUSTOMERS AND STAFF SMOKING OUT IN THE FRONT, BACK AND SIDES OF THEIR BUSINESSES AND IT’S NOT RESTRICTED TO JUST BARS. AND THAT IS EVERYWHERE IN AMERICA.
AND ONE LAST THING. I SUPPORTED THE BUILDING OF THE HOTEL FROM DAY ONE.
AND UNLIKE YOU WITH NTEC, I NEVER CHANGED MY MIND. AND WE NEVER HAD ONE COMPLAINT FROM THEM ABOUT IT. THEY ARE FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM US THAT THEY AREN’T AFFECTED.

Man dies in freak accident involving frozen hamburgers: 'Difficult to hear'

British officials recently determined the shocking and tragic way that a Welsh man died last year.
The Western Telegraph reported that Barry Griffiths, 57, died after accidentally knifing himself while separating frozen burgers in June 2023. Officials announced the results of the investigation at a coroner's court hearing on Monday.
Griffiths, a resident of Llandrindod Wells, had been trying to separate the frozen burgers with a knife when he stabbed himself in the stomach. During Monday's hearing, coroner Patricia Morgan said Griffiths had reduced mobility in one of his arms after a stroke, which likely led to the freak accident.

Tragically, Griffiths' body remained in his apartment for several days after his death. Morgan noted that Griffiths "[had a] relatively private life with limited contact with others," which was why it took over a week for police to conduct a wellness check.
Griffiths' body was found in his bed on July 4, 2023. According to the Western Telegraph, his phone was last active on June 23, and his laptop was used on June 24.
Griffiths also suffered from atherosclerosis, which meant that his arteries were clogged with plaque. That condition, which restricted blood flow to his heart, also contributed to his death, according to Morgan.
Officials initially thought that his death might be a suicide or murder. According to Deputy Chief Inspector Jonathan Rees, officials eventually came to the conclusion that the cause of death was "an accident solely involving Mr. Griffiths."
"The bottom drawer of the freezer had been left open and pulled forward in a position to access food items," Rees explained, per the Western Telegraph. "On the work surface in the kitchen adjacent to the fridge freezer were two uncooked burgers, a knife and a tea towel."
"The wound to the abdomen would have been approximately the height of the work surface," he added. "My hypothesis at that stage was that Mr Griffiths was attempting to separate frozen burgers using a knife."
During the hearing, Morgan told Griffiths' family members that she understood that the "evidence is difficult to hear and traumatic."
"Thank you for your patience while the investigation was ongoing," Morgan was quoted as saying. "I express my condolences at this difficult time."

COMMENTS
I can tell you that over the years I have actually cut myself chopping up food including using a knife to separate frozen patties. Nothing that required medical help thankfully. And I’ve also had several near misses. I think in the future I’ll just defrost everything,

FINAL COMMENTS
I AM TOTALLY BUMMED OUT

Last night Caitlin Clark, my favorite player, and the Indiana Fever were knocked out of the WNBA playoffs. I have watched about 90% of their games this year and I have to confess I have watched more WNBA this year than all other sports. But I don’t like their playoff set up. For those of you not familiar with it, I’ll explain it. The format isn’t much different than most other sports. In their case the top 8 teams make the playoffs, the first place team plays the last place team etc. But the first round is best out of 3 games. Most sports are best out of 5 or 7 games. What makes this worse is that the first 2 games are played at the top seeds home court. So guess what happened this week? The Indiana Fever along with Seattle, Phoenix and Atlanta all were eliminated without even playing 1 game at home. Now that’s stupid don’t you think? Not fair to the fans. So my suggestion to the WNBA is that make it best of 5. The first 2 at the top seeds arena the next 2 away and game 5 if necessary at the top seeds home. At least that assures the lower seeds to get at least 1 game.

As far as the Fever go my dream trade would be the following: Trade fever coach Christie Sides and Alyssa Boston to Chicago for Angel Reese AKA The Chi-Barbie. It may sound a bit weird but I think those two would take the Fever to another level and could elevate both their games. As far as the rest of the WNBA playoffs go, without my girl playing I won’t be tuning in. I guess the NFL and Nascar and the NHL will have to fill the void. I wonder how the TV ratings will be without her. But I will be back next year.
Well that’s it for today and thanks for your support.
Brian
